The Client Focused Organization – Leadership, Strategy & Implementation
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Organizations focused on their customers consistently outperform competitors. Companies who out-perform the competition systematically segment their clients, develop a specific value proposition for target clients and deliver an outstanding customer experience. In these organizations, everyone — regardless of position or function knows what the client strategy means for his or her job and makes decisions consistent with this strategy.
Our program will help you develop your next steps, beginning with defining the client-focus end-state, developing a marketing strategy and designing the organization to implement the strategy.
During our program, you will:
- Communicate what “client-focus” means for your company and how to achieve it;
- Ensure that every employee — regardless of position or function — delivers outstanding customer experience;
- Understand how customers experience products and services, and how that affects retention, brand perception and competitive advantage;
- Understand the issues involved in leading the change to client focus

No cancellations or transfers are accepted within 1 (one) week (business days only) prior to the course start date or later. All cancellations prior to 5-business days of the course start date must be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the rare occasion that a course is cancelled or postponed, please note our reimbursement is limited to paid fee only.
This is an Instructor-Led (in person) course. All participant materials are uploaded to the training portal. Training portal link is provided 2-days prior to the start of the training date.
