COURSE DESCRIPTION: Successful companies have solid leaders who develop prospective leaders for organization success. This program teaches executives the key models needed to attract, retain and develop high performing people committed to the mission of the organizations. Participants will learn how to build concrete practices in human capital management and how to prepare the organization for a leadership transition.
Course participants will learn how to:
- Lead Talent Review and Succession Planning processes by completing a “deep dive” into work programs to determine flight risks, training opportunities, future education and certification requirements, diversity data and more;
- Analyze corporate bench strength using the Talent Review process to determine talent who understand the company’s mission, culture, and have the potential to lead the corporation;
- Lead global job rotation programs to assist Workforce Management initiatives;
- Develop long and short-term strategies involving people initiatives (e.g. Diversity, Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment);
Conduct analyses of organizational data in areas of HCM metrics; market pricing, and job analysis.

This is an Instructor-Led (in person) course. All participant materials are uploaded to the training portal. Training portal link is provided 2-days prior to the start of the training date.
