Leadership in Non-Profit Organizations
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides a comprehensive view of principles and practices related to the leadership, management and governance of nonprofit organizations. The objective of the course is to develop students’ capacity to lead and manage in the nonprofit sector. Our second objective is to enable students to develop an understanding of non-profits, partnership building, board service, volunteering and as funders. Students in this course will have an understanding of the non-profit sector and its characteristics, will be able to identify and analyze organizational problems and opportunities and propose strategic approaches, comprehend the major issues in nonprofit management and appreciate key challenges facing the nonprofit sector and its organizations in the future.

All cancellations prior to 5-business days of the course start date must be forwarded to institute@bluprint-llc.com. In the rare occasion that a course is cancelled or postponed, please note our reimbursement is limited to paid fee only.
